When you send an enquiry, we save your name, email address, country if supplied, message, and record of consent so the Lycaon team can respond. Enquiries are stored privately in the website administration area. Do not include card details or passwords.
Shopping and accounts
WooCommerce uses necessary cookies to keep track of your shopping bag and session. If you create an account or place an order when checkout becomes available, the website will store the details required to provide that service. The payment provider’s privacy information will apply when a payment service is enabled.
Security and technical data
The web server processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. The enquiry form uses a temporary, hashed identifier to limit spam. No advertising tracker or optional analytics tool has been installed as part of this website.
Your information
Information is used to manage enquiries and customer service and should be retained only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, send a request through our contact page.
